Welcome! This is Stage 1 of our hiring process. If successful, you’ll move on to Stage 2 (a paid test task), and finally, Stage 3 will be a short interview.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled graphic designer to help create high-converting A+ content for Amazon KDP book listings. You'll design eye-catching layouts, structure A+ content for engagement, and create visuals that look stunning and improve conversions.

• Up to $50 per A+ content design (depending on the number of modules)

• Initially freelance, but potential for full-time work

• Set your own schedule (fully remote)

• 2-week paid probation period

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator with strong design fundamentals.

• Skilled in composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Marketing awareness – designing with conversion and engagement in mind.

• Fast, clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

• Can meet tight deadlines and work independently.

• Experienced in AI image generation and Photoshop touch-ups.

• Experience in KDP A+ content (preferred) or similar marketing-driven design projects.
